Legal information

Last updated: 2026-05-20

This page states plainly what our licence covers and what it does not. It is short on purpose.

The licence

Le Bandit operates under an offshore licence, published in the footer of the gaming platform. The number is left off this website on purpose: a number copied from one page to another proves nothing. If you want to verify it, take the details from the platform and look them up in the register of the issuing authority.

What we do not hold

There is no UK Gambling Commission licence. None is held or being applied for, and nothing on this site claims otherwise. Any page suggesting that this brand is UK-licensed is either mistaken or not ours.

What that means for you

• The UK Gambling Commission does not supervise this operator and cannot intervene in a dispute about your account.
• The alternative dispute resolution schemes that British licensees must join are not available to you.
• GamStop does not block an account here, because GamStop covers operators licensed in Great Britain.
• Deposit limits under British rules, including restrictions on credit cards, are set by the operator rather than by a UK regulator.

The route if something goes wrong is our own complaints procedure and, after that, the authority that issued our licence. That is a shorter and weaker ladder than a British licensee offers. We would rather write it down than leave you to discover it.

Your own responsibility

Gambling law differs from country to country and changes. Before you open an account, check what applies where you live. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and using the platform from a place where it is prohibited is at your own risk.
